“Terra Madre is an international gathering of small-scale sustainable farmers and our network of food communities. In 2008, over 7,000 farmers from 153 countries gathered to share best practices on sustainable farming and the impact of climate change.”
Awesome producers, Slow Food education, a Red Fife Wheat bread tasting workshop…I hear there is a Kale tasting workshop as well. (someone someday will have a kohlrabi tasting workshop no?) Sounds like a great first annual event to support our farmers. They will have seeds and flour of the Red Fife wheat, as well as an annual general meeting on the same evening.
