One of our vendors - Chris Thoreau - aka My Urban Farm with those delectable sunflower sprouts that were bike peddled to Trout Lake all summer is looking for new space to grow! If you, or someone you know has some available land (empty lot, parking lot, rooftop space, backyard, etc.) then let Chris know. He is looking primarily in Vancouver on the East Side (no bike rides to Penticton). Email me as well and I will connect you two.
